Stress and Neuroendocrine Research Lab
PI: Kathleen Matt Ph.D.
Dr. Matt studies the complex interactions between the mind and body at the Neuroendocrine Clinical Research Center. Through both animal and human studies, she researches the effects of stress, diet, aging, and exercise on the neuroendocrine system. Her research has been funded by NIH, National Arthritis Foundation, NASA, and the Arizona Center for Disease Control. She has over 50 publications and has lectured extensively on topics of health and aging, stress and aging and interdisciplinary research.
