Application Instructions for Kinesiology Doctorate Program

a. Official transcripts from all former institutions (mandatory Graduate College requirement)
b. Official GRE scores (test scores are valid for five [5] years and are a mandatory department requirement)
c. Official TOEFL scores (test scores are valid for two [2] years and are a mandatory Graduate College requirement for international applicants without a U.S. degree)
4. The following information is strongly REQUESTED be part of your application:
a. The area of specialization should be indicated on your electronic application.
b. All faculty with whom you have been in contact should be listed on your electronic application.
c. Three letters of recommendation may be mailed directly to the Graduate College (address above).
d. A file briefly describing relevant research projects in which you were involved may be attached to your electronic application.
e. A file briefly describing any courses you may have taught or helped to teach which relate to Kinesiology may be attached to your electronic application.
5. Please note the following general information:
a. Your application must be complete (i.e., contain ALL requested and mandatory materials/documents) for an accurate recommendation to be determined.
b. Incomplete applications may be denied.
c. Fall and spring are the only semesters in which applicants may enter the program.
d. There are no summer entries.
e. Fall application deadline is:
i. December 1 of the year preceding the desired year of entry.
f. Spring application deadline is:
i. August 1 of year preceding the desired year of entry.
